Recruitment has evolved throughout 2022, and so does candidate behaviour. While companies have announced more flexibility in work, there has been a drastic transition to more virtual hiring processes and collaboration as well.
Skillate worked on a handful of new features as a recruitment solution, and here is how we wrapped up the first month of the new year.
Spotlight:

Thus, a candidate must complete all rounds within the stage to move to the next stage. Learn more. Feedback Re-Logging Suppose you have a candidate in Job A, and you want to move the candidate to job B. Skillate lets you choose if you want to move all the feedback (interview details, attachments) received for a candidate from job A to job B. Learn more. Zoho People (Enhancement) Skillate now supports exporting Candidate Attachments (Offer letters will be auto-attached) while you are exporting a hired candidate to Zoho People.
