[B] Feedback Re-logging

★ What’s New

Released a new Organization Settings (Settings > Organization > Configuration): Move candidate feedback from one job to another. This setting will be disabled by default.

If you enable this setting, the checkbox will appear in the selected state by default whenever you move a candidate from Job A to Job B. However, you can un-check the box while moving a candidate from Job A to Job B.

This feature helps you move the feedback details, such as interview details or any attachments received on the candidates, from Job A to Job B.

[C] Enhancement to Agency Portal & Employee Portal

★ What’s New

Added a new Filter and Search bar to Agency & Employee Portal. The filter allows you to filter out Candidates/Referrals based on the parameters such as Milestones, Status, Name, Email, and Phone Number.

  1. Agency Portal > Candidates

  2. Employee Portal > Referrals

[D] Interview Settings

★ What’s New

Added a new 'Interview Settings' tab within the 'Settings > General Configuration' tab. The new tab allows you to configure your Interview Email Subject Lines at a global level.

▶ Problem

Previously, Skillate generated interview email subject lines automatically based on the round name and candidate. However, these subject lines were only editable during the 'Interview Scheduling' round, which caused inconvenience for recruiters when updating subject lines for Interview Event, Interview Feedback, and Feedback Reminder emails.

▶ What's Fixed

To address this issue, we have implemented a new Interview Settings tab that allows you to customize your interview subject lines and placeholders as needed. With this feature, you can add or modify your interview subject lines, and the system will utilize these subject lines when sending the respective emails.

You can access this feature from Settings > General Settings > Interview Settings tab.

Reference: Please refer to the complete article Interview Settings for more information on how to use this feature.

How to enable this feature: This is a permission-based feature. All Site Admins will be given access to view and make any changes by default. However, to enable the same for any other roles, please get in touch with the solutions team at solutions@skillate.com
